Birmingham LDC continues to work untiringly on a number of key fronts and continues to engage with other organisations on behalf of LDC levy payers. Dialogue has been established with the shadow ICS for Birmingham and Solihull, in readiness for direct commissioning of services for POD ( Pharmacy, Optometry and Dentistry), that will come under the remit of the ICB from April 2023. Continued engagement will enable Birmingham LDC to provide dental input and share our experience as a committee, particularly during the inception months.
